Refund & Cancellation Policy
Setup fees can be refunded within 7 days only if work has not started. Monthly fees are not refunded for completed service months. The 90/90 guarantee provides continued service, not a cash refund.
Setup fee refunds
The setup fee is refundable within 7 days after signing only if no work has commenced. Once strategy, onboarding, account setup, creative, tracking, CRM work, or campaign planning begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly fees
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are not refundable for completed service months or partial months after work has been provided.
Cancellation
Clients have an initial 90-day commitment. After the initial 90-day term, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice by emailing hazan@thehalocrest.com.
90/90 guarantee
The 90/90 Pipeline Guarantee means continued service with no additional monthly retainer if the qualified lead threshold is not met. It is not a cash refund. Client continues paying ad spend directly to Meta/Google during any extension.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Chargebacks during an active contract may be treated as a breach of contract.
